Community Outreach Assistant

We're currently hiring an enthusiastic and people-driven Community Outreach Assistant to support our events and brand promotion team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates eager to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, public outreach, and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing local community outreach events and brand activations
• Represent client brands at community events, public spaces, and promotional venues
• Engage and educate the public to increase brand awareness and foster positive relationships
• Support the coordination of event logistics, materials, and team scheduling
• Collect feedback, track campaign performance, and contribute suggestions for future improvements
• Collaborate with internal marketing and outreach teams to ensure brand consistency and meet campaign goals
• Complete administrative tasks such as event reporting, data entry, and tracking campaign metrics

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication and people skills
• Strong organizational abilities with a detail-oriented mindset
• Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for community involvement and brand promotion
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
• Previous experience in event coordination, customer service, or marketing is a plus, but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
