This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative team delivering world-class customer experiences. As a Customer Support Associate, you will act as the first line of support for users, resolving product issues, escalating concerns, and collaborating closely with internal teams to drive continuous improvement. You will become a product expert, providing timely and effective solutions while helping to scale support processes. This position emphasizes problem-solving, attention to detail, and proactive customer advocacy. You will have the chance to influence internal workflows, contribute to product enhancements, and ensure that clients achieve maximum value from the platform. The role is fully remote, providing flexibility and autonomy in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Accountabilities

• Provide day-to-day support to users by addressing product queries via email and chat.
• Identify, document, and escalate product issues and bugs to the appropriate teams.
• Surface customer feedback to account teams to inform product improvements and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with team projects as needed, contributing to process improvement and scalability.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely, accurate, and professional support.

Requirements

• Experience in a technical support or customer support role, ideally with enterprise-level clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot ambiguous issues and drive them to resolution.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and issue tracking tools.
• Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
