Accent Consulting looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with proven B2B SEO and lead generation experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data and strategic marketing — crafting and executing integrated campaigns that attract, engage and convert business decision-makers.
This position will play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital marketing engine, while simultaneously supporting overall marketing efforts in a highly collaborative team environment. From content development and paid media management to UX strategy and email automation — this position will have an impact on every part of the funnel, working closely with sales, marketing and leadership to drive measurable growth through qualified lead development.
Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy (Technical & Off-Page) - Own keyword strategy and site optimization from a technical standpoint.
- Lead backlink-building campaigns to increase domain authority.
- Audit and refine site structure, metadata, crawlability, and performance.
Website Performance - Improve landing pages for conversion (form strategy, UX tweaks, layout testing).
- Monitor and act on bounce rates, page speeds, mobile performance, etc.
Paid Media & Funnel Optimization - Manage paid search and social campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Test ad creative, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies.
- Measure CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and optimize based on funnel performance.
Analytics & Reporting - Set up and maintain dashboards for traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Own attribution tracking and campaign performance reporting.
- Collaborate with leadership on marketing ROI measurement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Content Specialist to align on SEO goals and keyword targets.
- Provide SEO briefs, keyword research, and backlink needs for editorial calendar.
- Ensure technical recommendations are considered during content planning.
What We're Looking For - 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with a B2B and/or tech/IT focus.
- Significant hands-on experience with paid media platforms, marketing automation and CRM/SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel and how to drive pipeline through digital channels.
- Preferred: Experience in web design (WordPress), graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite) and/or video editing.
