This position is located in San Luis Obispo.

Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I) located in the San Luis Obispo Office (SLO), the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) works in the San Luis Obispo District Office. The SSA coordinates a variety of activities for the Registration and Titling (R&T) Program which includes providing consultation services to the public, management and staff within the Division on complex aspects of change of ownership including transfers, private sales, default notice and change of situs address, among other actions. 

GEO PAY= $250.00 / MONTH

BILINGUAL PAY= $200.00 / MONTH

HCD Disclosure Requirements

Selected candidates may be subject to rules imposed by a Conflict of Interest Code that apply to HCD employees, which may require filing a Statement of Economic Interest (Form 700).

HCD conducts pre-employment background checks on all new to HCD or returning to HCD candidates. This position requires a background check to be conducted in California and  cleared prior to being hired.

Per CCR 249.3, this job control may be used to fill subsequent vacancies.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Spanish bilingual preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
