We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of events ranging from corporate conferences to branded experiential activations. This role is critical in ensuring events are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendor management

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and third-party suppliers

• Assist in site inspections, venue bookings, and contract negotiations

• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations

• Track expenses and manage event budgets in alignment with project goals

• Prepare post-event reports and feedback summaries

• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and client requirements

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination or project management

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with event management tools is a plus

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
