Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute a wide variety of events, including corporate functions, promotional activities, and community engagements. The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every event runs smoothly and aligns with the brand’s vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage events from conception through completion.

• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, equipment, and entertainment.

• Manage event budgets, timelines, and production schedules.

• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.

• Handle on-site event management and troubleshooting.

• Maintain records of all event details including budgets, invoices, and attendee feedback.

• Conduct post-event evaluations to determine areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.

• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
