We specialize in weddings and take pride in delivering exceptional service and innovative designs. We are currently seeking a talented and creative Event Planning and Decoration Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision and requirements
Plan and execute all aspects of the event, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and logistics
Create and present event proposals, including budget estimates and design concepts
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the event
Design and implement event decorations, including table settings, floral arrangements, and overall decor
Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly
Provide on-site event coordination and supervision as needed
Requirements:

Proven experience in event planning and decoration, with a portfolio of successful events
Creative flair and a passion for design
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in event planning software and design tools
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
