Job Description

Responsible for building the overseas sales team according to the company's strategic planning and international expansion.
Expand international markets, develop new clients, provide sales solutions, establish cooperative relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets.
Maintain customer relationships, stay in touch with clients, understand their needs, provide product information, assist with inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction.
Manage the foreign trade team, including setting and breaking down sales targets, recruiting, training, and assessing team members, and motivating the team.
Responsible for the overall performance of the foreign trade team and achieving performance indicators.
