Join Alpha High School's AlphaX program in Austin, Texas, and empower ambitious teens to become digital thought leaders. What You Will Be Doing Design and deliver interactive workshops on building authentic social media followings. Mentor students in content strategy, leveraging AI tools for ideation and optimization. Assist students in transforming their personal expertise into marketable brands. Instill analytical skills focusing on meaningful metrics beyond vanity numbers. Facilitate connections between students and industry influencers. What You Won’t Be Doing Relying on outdated social media strategies. Focusing on superficial metrics without substance. Managing school social media profiles. Engaging in routine administrative tasks. Head Of Brand Marketing Key Responsibilities Guide students to cultivate genuine, engaged audiences while equipping them with practical digital marketing expertise. Basic Requirements Proven expertise in social media management, content creation, and audience engagement. Experience with community growth and engagement strategies. In-depth knowledge of current social media trends and best practices. Practical experience with content creation and AI tools. Strong mentoring skills, particularly with Gen Z. Successful track record in building your own online brand. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Willingness to work on-site in Austin, TX, with relocation support available. Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
