THE JOB:
As a Hotel Services Courier, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $17 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Proactively seek to provide refined luxury service ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task
  • Operate various types of vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions
  • Run various types of errands for the Transportation Department, VIP and Villa guests including picking up show tickets from other properties and personal shopping for guests
  • Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment only as intended
  • Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, no matter how busy or time of day; maintain positive guest relations at all times
  • Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately and own all requests and complaints; resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure guest's satisfaction
  • Assist with all special events for the hotel by running errands as deemed necessary by management
  • Handle various amounts of cash for payments, products or services with accuracy

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 6+ months of prior relevant experience in guest service
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
  • Experience working in a similar luxury resort setting
  • Clean driving record
