Job Description

DESCRIPTION

Amazon's Litigation & Regulatory department is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to spearhead transformative initiatives within our Program Management Office (PMO). Based in Seattle, you will drive process improvements that empower our litigation attorneys and legal professionals, optimize workflows through AI integration and tool optimization, and enhance reporting and knowledge management mechanisms to elevate our legal operational excellence.

Join us in shaping the future of legal operations at one of the world's most innovative companies.

•Partner with AI/tech teams to develop and implement innovative legal solutions.
•Drive data-driven decision making through metrics analysis and reporting.
•Serve as the primary liaison between legal teams, business partners, and technology teams.
•Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains.
•Manage complex stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 2+ years of program/project management experience.
- Demonstrated success in driving end to end project delivery and cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven process improvement.
