Your Responsibilities

• Accurately handle customer products following FDA, ISO, and GMP guidelines.
• Skillfully operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Conduct precise loading/unloading in the sterilization cycle using manual or automated procedures.
• Assure product safety with strategically placed monitoring devices.
• Meet health and safety standards through regular training.
• Focus on maintaining superior safety and quality measures.

The Expertise You Need

Required Expertise:

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in compliant warehouse operations.
• Capability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs frequently.
• Must comply with safety standards.
• Experience operating forklifts.
• Effective communication skills.

Additional Expertise:

• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience with yard truck operations.
• Knowledge of 5S/LEAN methodologies.
• Proficiency in computer systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good hearing abilities for signal recognition.
• Mathematical skills for complex problem-solving.
