Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our growing operations team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data entered into Amazon’s systems to support business decisions, inventory control, customer fulfillment, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain information across Amazon's internal databases and tools.
Perform regular data audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Validate source documents for completeness and correctness before data entry.
Identify and report data inconsistencies or system issues to relevant teams.
Handle confidential information with discretion and comply with Amazon’s data privacy policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure process alignment.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly productivity and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.
Excellent typing skills (minimum 45 WPM) and high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with data management software or Amazon's internal tools (preferred but not required).
Experience working remotely or in a distributed team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
