We are currently seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager, eager to grow our team as a part of our continued Project Services Department Growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of Construction Project Management, Tenant Improvement Projects and an extensive project portfolio.

· Salary Range for this position is $90,000-$120,000

What your day looks like.

• Manage all aspects of a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, design review and coordination, progress billing, cost reporting, and safety

• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate

• Work closely with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings

• Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas

• Oversee the contractors and subcontractors

• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings on site

• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines

• Organize, plan, and manage multiple simultaneous activities to accomplish desired results on time

• Make necessary changes, use client input to make improvements, and meet/exceed internal and external client expectations

• Read, interpret, and understand various types of construction drawings including interior buildouts, underground infrastructure, and new development

• Prepare a budget via takeoffs

• Review and approve all partial and final waivers of lien for assigned projects

• Complete a closeout documentation review and approval for assigned projects

• Maintain itemized project expense tracking for assigned projects

• Maintain project files that contain full records of assigned project documents

• Participation in Property Management trainings and check-ins

• Participate in bi-weekly team update meetings

• Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and other associates while maintaining a constant focus on exceeding client expectations

• Travel for this position estimated to be 25%

What sets you apart.

•5-7 years of hands on construction experience as a project manager, assistant project manager or field engineer

• Driver's License and valid insurance is required for this position

• Bachelor's degree in related field encouraged

• Excellent computer skills, must be advanced in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Experience with Procore and AutoCAD a plus

• Must be an organized manager, a self-reliant decision maker, a proactive contributor, and an apt multitasker
